DJ Sezar comes from Turkey, but is now living in Oslo, Norway. He has played in many festivals internationally and is well known around Europe. With DJ experiences since the age of 16 until present day with various music; R’n’B, hip hop, techno, around 2003 with Latin rhythms and later also with kizomba/zouk, is he very flexible and able to switch play style quickly. «I play music with my mind and heart connected to the dance floor. I play in response to how the DJ before me played, and at the same time how I want to deliver the booth to the next DJ… It’s all about the party! I don’t play for myself or individuals. I play for the people to dance as much as possible. And most importantly, I play for the present and the past musicians’… (Bless them all)”.
DJ Kasra is from Oslo. He is one of the most popular DJs in the city and is the «house DJ» at some of the best weekly Latino events. DJ Kasra is the DJ whose music you’ve enjoyed during most of the major latin events the last couple of years. Kasra stepped into the world of salsa in 2009 and has felt captivated by the latin beat ever since. It was his love for the music that led him to step behind the DJ booth. His DJ spectrum is wide, covering all styles of salsa, bachata, kizomba, and zouk. He says salsa is his first love, bachata his greatest, and kizomba his newest. He will also be the DJ coordinator for the festival.
DJ Lasse lives in Oslo, Norway. He has a clubsocial on Mondays a plays at partys, festivals and congresses more or less all over Norway and has done some work abroad. He began dancing salsa in 2006 and started spinning records in 2009. He prefers the 60`s and 70`s classics but plays whatever is needed. “My only interest is to make sure that people are dancing and enjoying themselves. I will put on whatever kind of salsa it takes to make that happened. I try to take into consideration, the crowd, the surface of the floor, the temperature, humidity, which day of the festival and time I`m playing, how the speakers sound and… the list is long”……..“ I will play what I think you need”
Suriname-born DJ Willy’s musical interests span from disco and house to rhythm and blues and Latin. It was back in 1980 when he first appeared as a DJ in his native country. The club where he worked for almost eight years became the most popular one in the country and still is. Willy moved to Holland in 1992 and one year later he was asked to work for the then-famous Latin club, Margarita’s, in Amsterdam, where he was spinning mainly salsa and R&B. As salsa was getting very popular in the 90s, he was invited to play music at many salsa parties in Amsterdam and other neighbouring cities. At present, DJ Willy is a favourite DJ at most of the major salsaevents all over Holland and Belgium. In addition to that, he has been and is spinning at a number of international salsa congresses in almost all the countries in Europe and since 2013 also in India and Dubai. Dj Willy his goal has always been to keep the dancefloor full with happy dancers till the end.
DJ Ray Garcia
Raymik Garcia Castellini, stage name “ Dj Ray Garcia”. Born in Cuba in 1975, exactly in Matanzas homeland of the rumba. From 1997 resident in Italy (Florence), where he represents and spreads cuban music. Official Dj of the most important congresses of Cuban salsa, like: Made in Cuba Festival (Italy), Croazia Porec Festival (Croazia), Eventopeople (Italy), Que viva la salsa (Italy), Global Circuit (Italy). In his career he has been official dj concerts of some of the most popular bands of Cuban salsa like: Alexander Abreu, Los 4, Manolito Simonet, Elio Revè, Yulien Oviedo, El Yonki, Tirso Duarte, Los Van Van, Osmani Garcia, Pupy y lo que Son Son, Barbaro Fines, Cola Loca, Mayito Rivera, Daddy Yankee, Aventura and more…

Over the past ten years, DJ Babacar from London has been constantly travelling, while being one of the “ambassadors” of the Senegalese and Portuguese modern musical culture, with particular attention to the African PALOP countries. His influences are African music, jazz, classical, blues, R’n’B, hip hop, Latin, and electro music. He has been making a spot for him in kizomba community for quite a while, with one mission and idea: ”C’mon guys, let’s keep dancing! I will always make sure to give you the best of me, the best tunes and all I can, just to make you happy on the dance floor!“
DJ DeeZii, also know as Daniel Zarkowski, started his dance adventure with bachata and later got addicted to kizomba. What started as a hobby has turned in to a way of life. He’s combing his passion for teaching and DJ’ing as he’s travelling all around the world to do both. As a dancer himself he will make sure to play music, that will keep you on the floor! Daniel plays at some of the most popular parties in Oslo and he will for sure make your body move.
DJ Flaca also know as Reidun Svabø started playing already in 1997, when salsa was still relatively new in Norway. The last 10 years she has been dedicated to Cuban music, from the older and traditional to new hardcore timba and reggaeton. On her repertoire you will also find mainstream salsa. Bachata and merengue have been in the repertoire since the start and lately she has added kizomba and semba. Reidun is one of the founder of SalsaNor and is a regular DJ on their SalsaNor’s events both in Norway and abroad.
